The Office of Human Resources supports Roxbury Community College’s strategic initiative to establish and execute standards of excellence for College operations.  As a strategic partner Human Resources develops and delivers innovative human resources programs and services designed to support the mission of the College.  We provide leadership and support to the RCC community in the areas of employment, training and career development, employee relations, compensation, organization and job design, performance management and benefit administration.
